Romantic place, tastefully decorated rooms, knowledgeable stuff. Breakfast with continental food, baked goods to help ourselves to and fruit. True 5-star experience, attentive service. The check out is late. Main touristic area, central location very close to the Royal Residence, pub and the promenade of the Siam reap river.

Moreover, it's just next door to Central area ie night market, pub street, a large supermarket and beautiful surroundings.

The area was a bit disappointing.

It was ideal, really special and where to enjoy drinks. The position of the hotel was unbeatable, away from many temples.

Mosquitoes can be bothersome, but the hotel provides citronella incense burners and sprays to mitigate the issue.

We loved the drinks and the incredible views here. The staff took care of all the arrangements, and we were impressed. The kitchen had coffee and tea makers, refrigerators, and glassware. This place is a must-stay when you're in Siem Reap!

Overall it was a great stay for holiday. The staff were very good, thanks to them everything was wonderful. Adequate and satisfactory breakfast, food was reasonably priced.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in a beautiful area close enough to a secluded garden, the promenade and Angkor Wat and the floating village. Luxurious and neat units with an asian style decoration and the free drinks.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to everything but still quiet. It's near the center and just a short walk from restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with separate sitting areas and a balcony. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast is included and offers a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary daily cocktails and laundry service.

The gym equipment could be improved.

I had decent size, nicely decorated room complete with a balcony, separate toilet, as example. I had adequate breakfasts with Western options, baked goods to help ourselves to and continental food.

The room was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the pool. The attention to detail was impressive, with UK sockets and a well-stocked mini bar with complimentary drinks and snacks. The restaurant was also lovely, with a wide range of delicious options. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which I could order and have delivered to my private porch area. The tropical gardens and swimming pool areas were beautiful and gave the resort a true tropical feel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always providing service with a smile. it was a fantastic experience.

There were a couple of issues during my stay. The drainage in the shower was slow, and if I stayed in the shower for longer than six minutes, it would overflow.

I had the most amazing stay at a hidden gem in the city center. The hotel had a quaint courtyard with a pool and beautiful gardens. My suite was located in a separate French Colonial building, and it was spacious and charming. The balcony overlooked the peaceful courtyard where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The complimentary airport transfer and daily cocktails were a delightful touch. The breakfast options were delicious, and the pool was pristine. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its tranquil ambiance and excellent service. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.
